PHOENIX — The Arizona Lottery announced a third weekly drawing for The Pick will take place on Monday nights.

Drawings will now occur Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays beginning this week, with the estimated jackpot for Monday’s inaugural drawing being $3.3 million.

“The Pick is Arizona born and bred and it is one of the most exciting and popular lottery draw games exclusive to the Grand Canyon State,” Gregg Edgar, Arizona Lottery executive director, said in a press release.

“Offering another The Pick drawing each week means more opportunities to play and win, and that excitement will translate into additional ticket sales supporting critical programs in Arizona that combat homelessness, support our children, protect our unique wildlife, and grow our economy.”

Arizona Lottery said the additional drawing will not change how The Pick is played, the price, prize structure or odds of winning.

The game involves players choosing six numbers from 1 to 44, and is available at more than 3,000 Arizona Lottery retail locations across the state.
