You will lead the team responsible for game planning, design, development and analysis of the Scratch-off, Draw and Digital Games portfolios.

Responsibilities:
 Increase revenues, engagement and playership of the Lottery that includes but is not limited to game creative and positioning, prize structure development and game parameters.
 Utilizes consumer insights and analyzes market trends to develop a strategic games roadmap that addresses current player demand and needs, as well as identifies future areas of growth and portfolio expansion.
 Responsible for the development and strategy of the product promotional plan for retail and provides assistance and direction for online play promotional plan. Also provides strategic product oversite and direction to Rewards program including second chance promotions.
 Oversees the development and optimization of processes that ensure accurate and timely execution of the game development plan.
 Manages the departmental budget including game payout strategy that prioritizes maximizing revenues generated for education and investments in future growth opportunities.
 Acts as an escalation point for the major game development contracts and monitors contract compliance and negotiates contracts.
Requirements
 Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Marketing, Master’s preferred
 7-10 years of product development experience, preferably in the lottery or gaming industries
 Experience managing a product category roadmap, preferably management of an entire product portfolio roadmap
 Knowledge of strategic and operational planning for product lines.
 Demonstrated ability to analyze and gather data using research and business intelligence tools.
 Significant people and project management experience.
 Team management skills

 Highly detail oriented, with proven organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
 Knowledge of general consumer trends and lottery-specific trends within NC and globally.
 Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and other business intelligence tools
 Ability to present product plans and insights to diverse audiences.
 Ability to maintain strong relationships and negotiate pricing agreements with vendors.
 Strong analytical skills adept at numerical analysis, product forecasting and report development.

Hiring Rate: $109,490 - $136,862, DOE
