TENNESSEE SPORTS WAGERING, GENERAL COUNSEL

The primary purpose of this position is to provide legal support to the Sports Wagering Advisory Council and its Executive Director and other staff.  The work will cover a full range of legal issues that arise in the operation of the Council and in the regulation of sports gaming in Tennessee.  This position will work closely with the Council’s Executive Director and will be responsible for ensuring, in conjunction with other governmental entities, that the Council adheres to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
