It is with profound sadness that we report the passing of Sokratis Kokkali, Jr. Mr. Kokkalis was not only an officer of INTRALOT, he was a friend to so many of us and made an out-sized impression on this industry during a life that was cut so unfortunately short. The funeral for Sokratis S. Harold Mays appointed interim acting director for the Illinois Lottery
